• Build and lead the global Clinical Support Team, including Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Account Managers. • Work with VP Commercial and Marketing leadership to set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Clinical Support organization. • Drive customer outcomes, product adoption, and customer experience. • Define and optimize customer lifecycle by driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement approaches. • Recruit and develop high-performing team. • Work closely with the sales management to align on strategies and account opportunities.

• Understand business process, document current underwriter experience, and identify opportunities to transform the user experience by leveraging analytics and automation • Collaborate (internally/externally) to actively engage in development of an analytics driven future state vision for prioritized work areas • Collaborate with Arch’s Operations and IT teams to help translate solution design into functional requirements that inform UI/UX development • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional team members to influence and drive alignment around future state vision • Act as a strategic advisor on Large and Medium sized initiatives – providing observations and recommendations related to analytics and automation solutions within technology platforms and operations • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and touchpoints • Proactively escalate risks/issues to leadership as they arise • Help establish best practices and repeatable processes applicable across the various business units

• Support whole loan sales activities, including contract negotiations, management of existing programs and investor relationships • Execution of asset-backed securitizations, warehouse lines of credit and other debt financings, and loan sale transactions • Participate in development of the company’s funding plans and new funding channels • Perform cash flow modeling, deal structuring, and scenario analysis for capital planning • Interact with lenders, investors, rating agencies and other transaction parties • Perform liquidity forecasting and cash management • Analyze and implement interest rate hedges • Manage transaction reporting • Provide capital markets coverage for financial forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, audit and compliance activities

• Oversee the management of Procure to Pay functions. • Utilize technology to automate and streamline Procure to Pay processes. • Design and enforce global procurement policies. • Manage the full lifecycle of technology implementations. • Architect P2P dashboards and KPIs. • Develop, maintain, and perform robust SOX and operational controls. • Lead investigations into systemic bottlenecks. • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. • Partner with Treasury to lead cash management strategies. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles. • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
