Sales and Operations Coordinator

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our client’s growing wholesale and direct business. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order processing, efficient logistics coordination, and strong support for their sales team. Key Responsibilities - Order Management - Process and sync orders flawlessly using WooCommerce and QuickBooks. - Validate order details, ensuring pricing and fulfillment terms are spot-on. - Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to keep shipments moving accurately and on schedule. - Manage order logistics, including troubleshooting changes and keeping customers in the loop. - Logistics Coordination - Manage the scheduling of LTL freight for both outbound customer pickups and internal transfers. - Coordinate delivery schedules across a network of carriers, warehouses, and external clients. - Oversee transit accuracy by tracking shipments and resolving any logistical hurdles, from damage claims to delivery delays. - Sales Support - Support sales operations through account management, order monitoring, and price list maintenance. - Coordinate special requests and pricing approvals across departments to ensure timely execution. - Organize and update customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible. - Reporting & Data Management - Generate and share inventory reports to ensure sales and operations are always aligned. - Manage sales reporting, including automated weekly updates and custom ad-hoc requests. - Track inventory movement to proactively flag stock-outs or fulfillment risks. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, logistics, or a related role. - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or WooCommerce strongly preferred. - Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience in Adobe Illustrator is a plus. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
