Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Documents Clerk to support our team in managing electronic legal files. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently. This is a temporary position. What you'll do: - Locate, review, and organize electronic legal documents - Accurately move, save, and file documents within designated systems - Maintain consistent and logical file naming and organization protocols - Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored - Assist with document retrieval requests as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Basic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not required) - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) - Comfortable navigating digital file systems and folders Requirements - This is a remote, work-from-home position. - Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of maintaining productivity without direct supervision. - Must have a personal computer/laptop. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
