Role Description We are seeking a passionate and innovative Remote Learning Support Coordinator (Entry Level) to join our team at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP. In this role, you'll be central to our mission of accelerating digital learning, enhancing individual performance, and creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design, develop and deliver engaging, interactive online learning initiatives. - Coordinate and organize digital learning initiatives in accordance with company objectives and strategies. - Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, deliver, track and report on online learning programs. - Communicate with various departments to understand the requirements of e-learning materials and programs. - Monitor learner progression and provide feedback for improvements, ensuring the virtual learning environment remains effective and engaging. - Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for learners experiencing difficulties with online tools and platforms. - Assist in the development of new learning models and make sure the learning content is updated regularly. - Provide reports on the program's effectiveness, learner progress and suggest potential improvements. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field. - Experience in e-learning, educational technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential. - Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-Learning platforms, and practices. - Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. - An ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Training Development: - Design, develop, and implement effective training programs tailored to the specific needs of manufacturing technicians. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. - Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of our on-site training center.
