Role Description Our client is looking for an Experienced Autodesk Inventor Drafter who can efficiently produce shop and fabrication drawings in addition to assist with Vault file management. - Create accurate 3D models and shop drawings in Inventor for client approval and manufacture. - Managing and structuring our Vault environment — check-in/out, revision control, lifecycles, naming conventions, libraries, and metadata. - Setting up and maintaining drawing release workflows: Issued for Approval → Issued for Construction and Manufacturing. - Building and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support purchasing and production. - Coordinating with project managers, builders, and the factory to ensure clean, timely hand-offs. - Supporting compliance with AS/NZS standards and our in-house weldment/material specifications. - Contributing to smooth Revit integration for architects and specifiers. - Strong skills in Autodesk Inventor (weldments, sheet metal, assemblies, BOM). - Confident managing Autodesk Vault: lifecycles, custom properties, revision control. - Understanding of fabrication and manufacturing drawings for aluminium/metal products. - Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in improving digital workflows. - Bonus: experience linking Inventor data to Revit or AutoCad environments. Job Requirements
- Strong skills in Autodesk Inventor (weldments, sheet metal, assemblies, BOM).
- Confident managing Autodesk Vault: lifecycles, custom properties, revision control.

- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in improving digital workflows.
