Role Description Diadem India is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting principles. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company, including but not limited to journal entries, general ledger, balance sheets, and income statements. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. - Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Manage the company's payroll, including employee salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis and cash flow projections. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accounting principles. - Collaborate with other departments to assist with budget planning and financial forecasting. - Assist with the preparation of the company's tax filings and support external audits when necessary. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
