Role Description Your primary responsibility will be to secure projects for our H1B consultants by leveraging Tier 1 contacts and various web portals, including Dice, TechFetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with prime vendors and Tier 1 partners. - Market H1B transfer candidates to vendors effectively. - Coordinate interviews and manage communication between consultants and vendors. - Follow up with vendors and clients post-interview to ensure successful placement. - Negotiate rates and contracts with corporate accounts and vendors. - Analyze job requirements to assess candidates’ skillsets accurately. - Use Boolean search strings to identify the best-fit candidates quickly. - Stay up-to-date with technical terminology across multiple technologies. - Develop a strong vendor network to streamline candidate placements. - Have a thorough understanding of W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), 1099, and US tax terms. - Manage the complete recruiting cycle, from sourcing to placement. - Format resumes and follow up on feedback from clients. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management. - Meet monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the company.
