Product Manager I
Snapsheet
Job Title: Product Manager I Teams: Foundational Services OR Claims Management Company: Snapsheet Job Location: Remote, USA-based Job Type: Full-time, exempt About Snapsheet: Snapsheet is claims technology the way it should be: purposeful, precise, and designed to deliver outcomes. Where others bolt things on, we engineer them into our core systems and processes across cloud-based claims management, virtual vehicle appraisals, and elite loss and recovery services. Trusted by over 170+ P&C Carriers, MGAs, MGUs, TPAs, and logistics companies, our open architecture is built to fit how our companies work, not the other way around. Job Overview: We’re hiring two/three Product Managers to join Snapsheet’s product organization. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a development team. Current openings include the Claims Management and Foundational Services teams. As a Product Manager, you’ll lead a key product used by thousands of customers each week. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including engineering, design, customer service, and leadership—to gather insights, align on priorities, and deliver impactful solutions. You’ll use data, customer feedback, and user research to identify opportunities, improve existing features, and build new ones. You’ll launch enhancements, measure outcomes, and continuously refine the user experience. Working closely with design and engineering, you’ll drive efficient, high-quality delivery while guiding the product through the development lifecycle. You’ll keep stakeholders informed, manage priorities, and ensure projects stay on track. We’re looking for a hands-on PM who is passionate about building great products and turning ideas into results. Responsibilities: - Determine what our customers need. Leverage internal and external sources, conduct customer interviews, surveys, analyze behavior and develop solutions. - Categorize business problems and conduct competitive research to provide those inputs to design in order to produce solutions - Craft and maintain the product backlog. Work with design and engineering teams to define, groom, and execute epics & features that drive the most value to our customers. - Communicate & coordinate. Work with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture problems in user stories and ensure features, epics, and releases are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers. - Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate acceptance criteria and find the right balance of scope for now vs. later - Provide strong evidence and rationale for decision making - Seamless integration with fellow product managers to ensure that all teams are running in the same manner - Rigorously leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, features, and design - Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Implementation to drive initiatives. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience and success in B2B/SaaS/Web in product management positions - The mentality to do what's best for the product and our customers - Experience leading substantial aspects of product management. That means identifying opportunities, defining a product roadmap, creating business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results. - A data-driven approach to scope and priority management - Exceptional communication & organization skills - Working knowledge of Jira, PivotalTracker, Trello or equal project-management software - Experience working in the P&C insurance space is a plus We’re Built to Grow With You – And That Starts With How We Support You At Snapsheet, we know that growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s fueled by the right support at the right time. That’s why we’ve built a benefits experience designed to grow with you, wherever life takes you. - Choose from 2 robust medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield—plus, we contribute to your HSA when you enroll in our high-deductible health plan. - Offer two dental plans and one vision plan to keep you and your family healthy. - Peace of mind with company-paid Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance. - Additional protection through voluntary benefits like Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Legal Assistance. - 401(k) with a 4% company match—because your future is worth investing in. - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 6 sessions per life incident to support your mental well-being. Perks That Make Growing Here Even Better: - Flexible PTO and 7.5 company-observed holidays to recharge on your terms. - In-person connection points throughout the year including our annual Summit and Roadshows. - Snapsheet SWAG and surprise mailers to keep the spirit alive. - Endless opportunity to shape your path—career growth, learning, and real impact are all within reach. - Health and wellness campaigns that evolve with you year over year. Compensation that Grows with You For this position, the base salary range is $105,000-140,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your experience and skillset. At Snapsheet, we believe growth should be rewarded—our compensation and benefits are built to evolve with you as your career does. We are currently not able to accept applications for candidates who reside in the following states: New York, California, Hawaii, and Alaska. *Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position at this time. Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Snapsheet, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways.
