RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join for an approximate 4-month project! We’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of 360° product launch campaigns, with a strong focus on web, on-site placements, and digital marketing assets. This role owns the planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination of high-visibility launches across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling and flawless execution from concept through go-live. The ideal candidate has experience supporting device or consumer product launches and thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly and timelines are tight. As a Creative Project Manager, You Will Own end-to-end project management for 360° product launch campaigns, from intake through final delivery across web, PDPs, email, social, and paid media Build and manage detailed project plans, workbacks, and launch timelines, ensuring alignment across creative, marketing, production, and product teams Partner closely with designers, copywriters, UX, and site merchandising teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative across all digital touchpoints Drive development and execution of web assets, including homepage placements, landing pages, and product detail pages, ensuring accuracy and quality at scale Facilitate creative reviews, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and push work forward while protecting timelines and creative integrity Manage ambiguity in early-stage concepts or shifting requirements, bringing structure and clarity to move projects forward Ensure alignment to brand systems, templates, and launch toolkits across all deliverables Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, PR, legal, and production to ensure smooth and timely launches Continuously improve workflows and processes to support high-volume, fast-paced launch cycles As an Applicant, You Bring 5+ years of experience in creative project management, program management, or account management within a creative, agency, or in-house brand environment Proven experience managing 360° campaigns and product launches, ideally within devices, consumer tech, or high-visibility product marketing Strong experience delivering digital and web-based assets, including landing pages, PDPs, and multi-channel campaign toolkits Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, UX, marketing, product, and production Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality Strong communication skills with experience presenting updates and driving alignment across stakeholders Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve execution Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management platforms Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability Additional Position Details Supervisory Responsibilities None. Compensation Pay Range: $70.00 - $90.00 (Hourly) The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager, OSP Service Assurance for the Night Shift to oversee and manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of outside plant (OSP) break/fix projects and emergency restoration for our telecommunications infrastructure, supporting network restoration and maintenance 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful repair of our network. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on OSP projects. Hours: The Project Manager, OSP Service Assurance role works the Night Shift and works Remote in the United States. - (4-day work week) 10 hours shifts: Mon-Fri or variation. (could be off on Tues or Wed) - Thurs is mandatory. Weekend On Call: On Call rotation: (4) staff working the weekend (taking @10 calls for the weekend)/Rotation = every 6 wks. - Sat 7am-Mon 7am - may be adjusted for headcount availability. Weekend Hours are: - 7p - 5a - 10p - 8a Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Coordination: Emergency Response Team - Lead and manage the planning and execution of outside plant break/fix from inception to completion.
