• Help guide the eDiscovery Project Management team in day-to-day project delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction • Act as a senior escalation point for project issues and client concerns • Help Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures across the PM group • Collaborate with sales, operations, forensics, and review teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Provide strategic input to improve workflows, technology usage, and client outcomes • Participate in client meetings, proposals, and project planning sessions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management
- Expert-level understanding of the EDRM model and litigation workflows
- Deep hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, or similar review tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both client-facing and internal
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Relativity Master, PMP, RCA, CEDS)
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with analytics, TAR workflows, and advanced data processing tools
- Prior experience interfacing with corporate legal departments or AmLaw firms

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Manager of IT Consultants to lead a dynamic team of SAP specialists. In this remote role, you will drive team performance and skills development, manage project costs, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong, strategic leader with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SAP TM experience (desirable), capable of balancing operational excellence with client satisfaction.
