• Design, build, test, and validate advanced HubSpot reports and dashboards using Custom Report Builder • Create reports leveraging datasets, custom properties, calculated fields, filters, and cross-object relationships • Build reports using connective data sources where native object associations do not exist • Apply measures and dimensions appropriately for scalable and reusable reporting • Implement Custom Behavioral Events to track user actions across: Public-facing websites, Secure, role-based portals • Select and justify the most effective data visualizations (bar, line, table, etc.) based on business context • Apply filters for timeframes, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and campaign attribution • Design dashboards that support: Cross-dashboard user journeys, Scenarios requiring multiple dashboards vs. consolidated views • Implement consistent design and usability patterns to support self-service reporting adoption • Demonstrate manual, user-selectable data refresh mechanisms between scheduled refreshes • Advise when exporting HubSpot datasets to Microsoft Power BI Desktop is the most appropriate reporting solution • Train organizational staff on: Report interpretation, Dashboard usage, Foundational reporting best practices
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot reporting, analytics, or CRM data analysis
- Proven portfolio of HubSpot reports and dashboards built with Custom Report Builder
- Strong experience working with: HubSpot datasets, Custom properties and calculated fields, Cross-object relationships and formula-based lookups
- Deep understanding of revenue attribution reporting
- Email marketing analytics
- Journey and funnel analytics
- Experience implementing and analyzing Custom Behavioral Events
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable visual insights
- Strong communication skills—you can explain why a report is built a certain way, not just how
- Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience integrating HubSpot data with Microsoft Power BI Desktop
- Background supporting nonprofit, education, or membership-based organizations

Position Summary The ProviderPay Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex healthcare provider payment data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and support strategic decision-making within Strategic Health Alliance II, Inc. Compensation: Target rate for this role is between $33 and $34 per hour.
