Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Property Management Administrator reports to the Senior Regional Property Manager and is responsible for supporting market-level property management teams for an assigned real estate portfolio. The Property Management Administrator’s objective is to be a point of contact for tenants within the portfolio, to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction, to maintain low levels of accounts receivables, and to actively support the property management teams in processing contracts, invoices, internal requests, and tenant service requests. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Tenant Services: - Executes a high level of customer service to tenants within the portfolio through a sense of urgency with responding to tenant requests, and actively dispatching work orders to vendor partners. - Ensures that the move-in/move-out process within their assigned portfolio is being executed timely and efficiently through coordination with the property manager. - Actively engages with tenants to maintain low levels of accounts receivables through regular contact, processing of collection notices, necessary chargebacks, and tenant account management. - Ensures that tenant certificates of insurance are accurate and up to date. - Prepares tenant correspondence as directed by the Property Manager Property Performance: - Tracks and codes invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing of expenses for assigned properties. - Actively manages vendor partner insurance certificates, purchase orders, work orders, and contract documents. - Ensures that the onboarding and offboarding of properties through acquisitions/dispositions is coordinated efficiently with the transactions teams. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software programs - Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendor partners and internal teams. - Ability to interpret property-level and corporate documents such as tenant leases and policy manuals. - Associate’s degree or vocational training. Previous experience working with multiple managers and departments. Reporting Relationships Managing Director, Industrial Property Operations Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role. $65,000 - $75,000 / annum The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings. Job Description A Vehicle Condition Inspector II functions as a member of the Manheim inspections team for a designated region with the primary responsibility of conducting vehicle condition inspections on a client’s lot. Their core skill is to provide accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition within the parameters of a Manheim inspection. This position will build trust with Clients, engage to help them see the value in the Manheim Marketplace, and to request more inventory to be inspected by providing quality and timely inspections. As a Vehicle Condition Inspector II, it is expected to perform tasks with minimal guidance and supervision, while demonstrating growing independence and problem-solving skills.
