• Lead department operations by establishing a clear vision for network operational management including leading the network set up and migration programs, offering guidance and direction, authorizing the execution of key plans and initiatives, and ensuring networks are being managed in an efficient manner that meets all federal, state and local regulations • Develop and execute plan to address network and platform gaps to ensure effective network management operations and meeting all migration and project milestones and timelines • Oversee capacity planning activities for department; perform ongoing resource forecasting for peak and non-peak periods, develop and execute on talent planning and management strategies • Develop and execute on staff development strategies (training programs, stretch assignments, leadership development, etc.) • Monitor performance guarantees (PGs), individual performance metrics, and service level agreements; establish visibility and accountability within teams to meet or exceed these measures • Develop and deploy department vision to advance continuous quality improvement to significantly impact quality, efficiency, cost, and client satisfaction
Job Requirements
