Territory Manager
Solenis
• Achieving the targeted sales and margin levels for the territory • Maintaining and developing key customer and distributor relationships • Maximizing the performance of the distributor team by providing resources, support and assistance • Customer Relationship Management • Supporting Sector Managers and business in rolling out new business within territory • Keeping abreast of competitor products, pricing and activity • Servicing customers to fulfil contractual requirements through call plans, sales reporting, and customer reviews • Performing planned service checks and preventive maintenance • Growing sales through direct and distributor sales • Implementing the business plan and sales strategy for the territory • Identifying and targeting sales opportunities within existing accounts • Preparing and delivering product presentations that address clients' needs
Job Requirements
- Sales and Service Skills/experience
- Tertiary qualification preferably in a technical or commercial field
- Minimum of 2-3 years selling technical servicing experience
- Possess sound business acumen and desire to achieve
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technical skills and knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook Suite / word, excel, PowerPoint skills required
- Ability to travel monthly – at least 10 days a month within New Zealand
- Full and valid driver’s license
