Job Requirements
- A strategic seller with 3-5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS or Public Sector sales.
- Confident navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in municipal or government settings.
- Comfortable selling software that drives operational transformation.
- A strong communicator—equally at ease with C-level executives and technical teams.
- Self-directed, organized, and unafraid to take ownership of outcomes.
- Obsessed with learning, growth, and improvement—both yours and your customers’.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle sales.
- Strong collaboration skills—especially with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams.
- Experience with procurement processes (bonus points).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
