Product Manager, Growth

Samsara

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth products that power Samsara's revenue engine. • Build and scale lead-generating products such as Direct Mail and referral loops. • Improve and extend Samsara's lead management platform. • Apply AI and LLMs to GTM workflows. • Partner deeply with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, and Engineering. • Define and track success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization. • Integrate experimentation and data-driven decision-making into the product development process. • Collaborate with engineering and design to build intuitive, reliable, and scalable products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related role building and shipping products.
  • Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through launch and iteration in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, business data, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bias toward action and comfort operating hands-on in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
  • Strong product instincts and a keen eye for user experience, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
