Expense Management Officer

Role Description Vous avez la responsabilité de : - Contribuer à l’animation, au conseil et au pilotage de la filière mobilité au travers de communications ou directives adaptées, et d’échanges réguliers avec les différents acteurs (agents du CIMob, dans les Groupements de Soutien Commissariat et dans les unités), au moyen des vecteurs disponibles (messages officiels, communiqués, portail interne CIMob et portail de la mobilité, Eurêka, etc.) - Élaborer, mettre à jour et suivre les indicateurs et les remontées d’informations liés à la performance de la filière mobilité - Contribuer à l’analyse de la performance de la filière (indicateurs, rapports, ticketings, etc.) et proposer des axes d’amélioration (coordination interne, directives, instruction, communications…) - Accompagner la filière en répondant à ses sollicitations, en l’informant et en l’appuyant dans la mise en œuvre des instructions et directives - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des projets liés à la mobilité (travaux préparatoires, indicateurs de suivi, etc.) - Participer en tant que de besoin à des groupes de travail et à toute autre mission dévolue au bureau animation filière Qualifications - Expérience dans le domaine des frais de déplacement souhaitée - Contrôle interne - Conduite de mission de contrôle ou d’audit - Formation interne portant sur la réglementation des frais de déplacement Elements de candidature Documents à transmettre : - CV - Lettre de motivation (obligatoire) Personnes à contacter - sandrine.clermontet@intradef.gouv.fr - fabienne.hoer@intradef.gouv.fr

Summary The Senior Revenue Accounting Manager is a strategic leader in Workiva's worldwide revenue recognition process and takes ownership of the implementation of policies and procedures. In this critical role, the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager will partner with the different business partners, playing a critical advisory role during the contracting process to optimize business outcomes while ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
