Senior HubSpot Developer

Softermii

• Own the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. • Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations (setup → migration → go-live). • Configure: • CRM objects (standard & custom) • Pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle stages. • Properties and data models. • Build and maintain: • Workflows (automation, lead routing, notifications). • Forms, landing pages, email templates (technical setup, not copywriting). • Reporting dashboards and custom reports. • Implement and maintain HubSpot integrations with: • Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Zapier, custom APIs, data warehouses, etc. • Lead CRM data migration (CSV, API-based, legacy CRM). • Clean, normalize, deduplicate, and validate data. • Translate business requirements from: • Marketing • Sales • RevOps • Customer Success • Document solutions and provide internal enablement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
  • 2–5+ years hands-on HubSpot experience.
  • Proven experience implementing:
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Marketing Hub
  • Sales Hub
  • HubSpot certifications strongly preferred:
  • HubSpot CMS
  • Marketing Software
  • Sales Software
  • Solid understanding of:
  • CRM data architecture
  • Relational data models
  • Automation logic
  • Experience with:
  • APIs & webhooks
  • JSON / REST
  • Comfortable working with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Lead lifecycle management
  • Attribution models
  • Sales funnel mechanics
  • RevOps best practices
  • Ability to recommend best-practice solutions.
  • English level (written & verbal) - Intermediate.
