Become a part of our caring community The Senior Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Senior Full Stack Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Full Stack Engineer Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. - Experience on technologies - API, AI, Data Integration, UI/UX (react/java)/salesforce, GCP, Python - Experience in DevOps and Automation - Result oriented outcomes in past experience that demonstrated outcomes and effective change mgmt. - Responsible for coding, development, testing and automation. - Collaboration with business PO in planning , technical design, and execution of work. - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience. - Strong focus on simplifying ways of working through automation, DevOps, LowCode/NoCode solutions, and feature flags within the SDLC. - Hand on experience in implementing secure and scalable architectural solutions for highly regulated environments. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences - Experience on 3 or more technologies - API, Data, UI/UX (react/java)/salesforce, GCP, Python - Experience in DevOps and Automation methodology - Cloud experience Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree - Agile knowledge - Technical certifications - GCP preferred Additional Information Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $106,900 - $147,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
