Position overview This position reports to the Director of Partnerships and Business Development and is the organizational backbone to run our partnerships at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, operational, and technical — making sure nothing falls through the cracks, partners have what they need, and the team has the systems and structure to grow. The specialty media network portfolio is your home base; as you ramp up, you’ll grow into supporting our largest platform relationships too. In this role, you will be joining a team of two partnerships Directors. You’ll be responsible for partner communication and coordination, revenue and pipeline tracking, playbook and systems building, and technical and CS support. Day-to-day activities range from partner outreach, coordinating with product and integration teams to track integration progress, maintain partner CRM, support forecasting and revenue tracking . We’re seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in ad tech, media, or a partnerships/operations role — or a strong internship track record in a related field. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with opportunities to connect with colleagues at our New York office. You’ll need to be in NYC a few times per year. East Coast time zone is preferred Compensation - Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 This role includes a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity. We offer: - Access to a broad network of investors and advisors who can help you and your team succeed - Mentorship from executives with decades of experience in adtech and media - Regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions - An education budget to support ongoing professional growth and development In this role you'll: - Learn how platform partnerships are built and scaled - Fluency in the programmatic landscape from the inside - Gain hands-on experience with the operational infrastructure behind a high-growth business - Gain a deep understanding of attention metrics and media quality measurement Core responsibilities - Own day-to-day operations for our specialty media network partner book — tag requests, onboarding, troubleshooting, and follow-ups - Keep nothing from falling through the cracks — chase outstanding items, track deliverables, and hold partners accountable to commitments - Maintain accurate CRM usage (HubSpot) to track partner pipeline, revenue, and relationship status across 35+ platform partners - Build and own the partnership revenue tracker — log actuals, flag trends, and surface risks before they become problems - Support QBR prep and partner business reviews — data pulls, deck organization, and post-meeting follow-through - Coordinate with product and CS teams on active integrations and launches, keeping timelines honest and blockers visible - Build the playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation that allow the team to scale - Help push partners toward self-serve where appropriate, and flag where a managed service model makes more sense - Support new platform integrations — building project plans, tracking demand, and managing logistics What you'll bring - Bachelor’s degree required - Proficiency in Google workspace and Microsoft Office - 1–3 years of experience in ad tech, media, or a partnerships/operations role — or a strong internship track record in a related field - You are ridiculously organized. You track things. Things do not fall off your radar. You are the person on your team who sends the follow-up nobody else remembered to send - Strong written communicator — comfortable drafting clear, professional emails to external partners - Comfortable in spreadsheets: you can build a revenue tracker, write a VLOOKUP, and make a pivot table without breaking a sweat - Fluency with AI tools as a core job skill — using them to move faster, think more clearly, and punch above your weight on a small team - Self-starter mentality — you don’t wait to be told to chase something down. You notice the gap and fill it - Intellectually curious about how programmatic advertising works — this is a complex industry and you’re excited to learn it What will set you apart - Familiarity with programmatic advertising — you know what a DSP, SSP, or ad network is, and you understand the basic supply chain - Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM - Experience coordinating technical integrations or onboarding workflows - Background in a B2B SaaS, ad tech, or measurement company Benefits Health & Wellness - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Employee development & wellness stipend - Holiday break - Volunteer time off Financial & Compensation - Competitive salary - Performance-based quarterly bonus - Stock options - 401(k) retirement plan Workplace & Equipment - Remote-first environment - New York office access - Access to available WeWork spaces Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Adelaide is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
