• Partner closely with Business, Product, and Growth teams to translate hypotheses and requirements into quick, production-ready frontend releases • Build and iterate on small, targeted features using Optimizely experiments, feature flags, and personalization • Implement code-based Optimizely experiments within a modern frontend stack (React / Next.js) • Ensure experiments are clean, isolated, and reversible with minimal tech debt • Collaborate with Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, event instrumentation, and experiment measurement • Optimize for page performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Support rapid testing cycles while maintaining high engineering standards • Debug, monitor, and quickly fix issues arising from experiments or releases

• Lead the development of seamless, high-impact user experiences across customer-facing products. • Own key aspects of frontend architecture, drive performance improvements, and shape technical direction across teams. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn complex challenges into scalable, reliable solutions. • Design and develop performant, scalable frontend systems for real-time, high-traffic applications. • Take ownership of core frontend architecture, advocating for and implementing best practices in code quality, performance, and accessibility. • Ship production-grade code that enhances user flows, improves speed, and strengthens cross-platform stability. • Lead design and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote a culture of technical excellence. • Drive improvements in design systems, tooling, and frontend infrastructure to support long-term growth.

• Build our flagship iOS app creating fluid interfaces that remain smooth and responsive with large datasets • Own the implementation of our design system ensuring fluid interactions and flawless scroll performance. • Contribute to a growing team of engineers on sustainable engineering practices balancing beauty and performance • Receive and offer technical feedback through pair programming and code reviews • Promote engineering excellence with a focus on creating simple, consistent, and intuitive abstraction for views and components • Collaborate closely with design, product and leadership to understand our needs and align our technology roadmap to support that vision

• Work with the frontend web UI team to design and implement high-quality user interfaces. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs. • Develop and maintain responsive, cross-platform web applications using Typescript and modern frameworks like Astro and Svelte. • Utilize REST APIs and GRPC to integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases. • Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend applications. • Stay informed about the latest frontend technologies and best practices and share this knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement. • Encourage and maintain a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the frontend team. • Support and contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
