• Participate in presales discussions with potential clients • Design AI architectures, including LLM-based solutions and AI Agents • Provide technical estimations for AI projects • Develop quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to showcase AI capabilities • Build simple UI demos for AI solutions (React, Next.js) • Work closely with ML engineers, software architects, and frontend developers to onboard them into new projects • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and AI opportunities • Provide technical mentorship to AI engineers on best practices • Collaborate with BA, CTO, and sales managers during presales

• Drive Prompt’s mission to improve healthcare through modern technology including AI • Lead AI projects from ideation → architecture → production → iteration until tools are widely adopted and loved! • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems across both traditional ML and LLM-based workflows • Partner with stakeholders across the company to understand workflows, define success criteria, and deliver practical solutions • Supporting internal as well as product-facing AI initiatives as needed • Design and implement evaluation, monitoring, and observability metrics (accuracy, cost, latency, and business impact) • Build guardrails around LLM pipelines including validation and human-in-the-loop workflows • Develop rapid proofs-of-concept and prototypes, then harden them into reliable systems • Help grow and lead the AI team, including training and development of junior team members

• Drive Prompt’s mission to improve healthcare through modern technology including AI • Lead AI projects from ideation → architecture → production → iteration until features are widely adopted and loved! • Develop and deploy real-time AI systems involving speech and natural language understanding (e.g., transcription, summarization, classification) • Build robust model and prompt pipelines for LLM-powered workflows with high accuracy and monitoring standards • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes • Help develop Prompt’s strategic AI roadmap across speech, NLP, and core automation workflows • Apply AI to improve client and internal operations including clinical documentation, customer support, and billing workflows • Develop a deep understanding of Prompt’s product, customers, and the business of rehab therapy • Help grow and lead the AI team, including training and development of junior team members

• Execute targeted sales motion to land early customer deals, pressure testing positioning, pricing, and solution design in real customer environments • Partner with AEs, SEs, and Post-Sales to co-sell, support pilots, and ensure strong implementations • Act as the connective tissue between the field and internal teams—turning customer insight into actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, and Enablement • Pressure test the full GTM lifecycle—from value proposition and pricing through to successful adoption and measurable outcomes, translating early learnings into repeatable sales plays and enablement content • Accurately forecast AI platform opportunities for new and existing business
