Implementation Consultant, Spanish Speaking

Workiva

• Leads the delivery of contracted services to customers and partners • Performs detailed discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements • Creates a solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva platform • Directly interfaces with customers and partners to deliver standardized solutions • Maintains and enhances knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform through a commitment to ongoing training • Participates in leading and mentoring peers as well as Associates, assisting with onboarding as needed, and participates in ongoing training efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in service delivery roles, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Business/Executive level)
