GENERAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides Telehealth Front Office Support: a. Greets patients virtually in a friendly, service-oriented manner in compliance with Alignment policies and workflows b. Oversees virtual patient check-in by ensuring charts are prepared, medical records are available, and required documentation is complete c. Reviews and prepares charts in advance of scheduled visits d. Calls members to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments 2. Provides Telehealth Back Office Support: a. Rooms and interviews patients, collects intake information, measures vital signs (as applicable), and documents reason for visit b. Supports telehealth visits using platforms such as AVA, Doximity, and Zoom c.
