• Act as the primary liaison between Product Analytics and Data/BI teams, aligning on data needs and priorities. • Define data requirements and support event taxonomy design. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across datasets. • Support scalable reporting and dataset optimization aligned with enterprise data strategy. • Define and oversee experimentation standards, ensuring statistical validity and consistency. • Review experiment results and analytical outputs to ensure quality and accuracy. • Coach analysts on statistical thinking and analytical frameworks. • Drive continuous improvement of experimentation practices across teams. • Mentor and support Product Analytics Analysts in their technical and professional growth. • Support product roadmap prioritization through data-driven insights. • Translate complex analyses into clear, strategic recommendations. • Present insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and large datasets.
  • Proven experience leading experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with BI and Data Engineering teams.
  • Advanced statistical knowledge (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation).
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to validate methodologies and approaches.
  • Experience designing scalable analytics frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching analysts.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Flexible to work with departments in different time-zones.
  • B2 English level.

What we’re looking for: - 3+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems. - Masters degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or engineering. - Hands-on experiences with building marketing measurement solutions to quantify the business impact of marketing tactics and investments. - Strong background in statistics and quantitative analysis, with experience in applying advanced statistical techniques to real-world problems. - Expertise in at least one scripting language (ideally Python/R). Proficiency in SQL/Hive. Ability to write efficient SQL queries. - Strong business and product sense.
