• Busca un Fullstack Developer con enfoque en desarrollo de producto. • Capaz de construir funcionalidades end-to-end en entornos modernos. • Participar activamente desde la lógica de negocio hasta su despliegue en producción. • Perfil técnico sólido que pueda moverse con autonomía entre frontend y backend. • Entender cómo se conectan las piezas del sistema, especialmente en temas de APIs, autenticación y procesos de integración continua.
Job Requirements
- Desarrollar funcionalidades end-to-end (frontend + backend) alineadas a necesidades de producto
- Diseñar, construir y consumir APIs REST
- Implementar y mantener flujos de autenticación (JWT, OAuth2, SSO)
- Gestionar estado en aplicaciones frontend complejas
- Participar en la definición y mantenimiento de pipelines de CI/CD
- Integrar servicios externos y sistemas existentes
- Colaborar en debugging, troubleshooting y mejora continua en producción
- Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, calidad de código y seguridad
- Mid a Senior (idealmente +5 años de experiencia)
- Sólida experiencia en JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experiencia práctica con React (Hooks, manejo de estado con Redux u otros)
- Experiencia en backend con Node.js (Express, NestJS o Fastify)
- Experiencia construyendo y diseñando APIs REST
- Conocimiento práctico en autenticación (JWT, OAuth2 o SSO)
- Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales
- Experiencia participando en procesos de CI/CD
- Deseables: Experiencia con Next.js, Conocimiento en Python o .NET, Experiencia con WebSockets, Experiencia con bases de datos NoSQL (DynamoDB u otras), Testing con Jest
- Pensamiento orientado a producto
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma
- Buen manejo de debugging en entornos productivos
- Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos
- Proactividad y enfoque en mejora continua
- Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software o afín (deseable, no excluyente)
- Ubicación: México
- Modalidad: Remoto (dentro de México)
