Job Description
Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Lead SEA
Inwerk GmbH
• Advanced Google Ads architecture: You don’t rely blindly on "Performance Max" or Google’s recommendations. You build granular, manual campaign structures ("Classic Search") to retain maximum control over keywords, negatives and bidding. • Shopping & feed intelligence: You manage Google Shopping not only by ROAS but via data feeds. You optimize titles, attributes and custom labels based on pricing strategies, margins and availability. • B2B niche targeting: You understand that B2B behaves differently. You find ways to specifically identify B2B decision‑makers — including beyond the obvious keywords. You leverage first‑party data to eliminate wasted reach and ad spend. • "Growth hacking" & edge cases: You know the tricks and techniques that aren’t in any textbook. You test scripts, alpha/beta experiments and unconventional retargeting funnels to secure a decisive competitive advantage. • Tracking & attribution: You ensure we aren’t flying blind. You validate conversion data (server‑side) and maintain a clean data foundation so our bidding strategies are based on real, reliable values.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of intensive, hands‑on experience managing large budgets and complex account structures.
- You understand the challenges of long sales cycles, complex products and B2B client targeting.
- You are an expert in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- You can manipulate feeds (e.g., Channable) and fix tracking issues in GTM yourself.
- You critically scrutinize click prices (CPCs) and conversion rates.
- You optimize for contribution margin (profit), not just revenue.
- You are a doer who works directly in the account — you don’t need an agency to build your reports; you outperform them.
Benefits
- Attractive and competitive salary package
- Impressive company premises with modern office environments and top‑tier digital equipment
- Employee discounts on stylish and ergonomic office furniture
- Enjoy a comprehensive range of employee benefits for health and mobility (egym, company bike, EV charging, Deutschlandticket)
- On‑site staff kitchen for preparing your lunch
- Complimentary beverages such as barista coffee and healthy snacks
- Free parking spaces available for our team directly at the locations
