Job Description

FullStack Developer

Eureka Labs

• As a FullStack Developer, you’ll play a foundational role in building our partner’s first product: an online portal tailored to government needs that helps automate mission-critical processes. • You will be involved in the design and development of end-to-end features, leveraging both backend and frontend technologies, and working closely with infrastructure components to ensure performance and scalability. • Design and implement secure login workflows for both vendors and government staff. • Build and extend role-based access control, audit trails, and multi-tenant data isolation. • Develop and iterate on complex form-driven interfaces and workflow automation features using Vue.js. • Design and build RESTful APIs, data models, and backend logic for financial and procurement workflows. • Create database structures and integrations to manage vendor data and document history. • Develop document upload systems that support validation and AI-powered classification. • Write and maintain automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests and end-to-end tests (Playwright). • Work within a Django + Vue architecture, keeping frontend and backend cleanly decoupled. • Optimize and maintain infrastructure using AWS services (CloudFront, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, ECS) and integrate with Cloudflare for performance and security. • Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Twilio, Process Plan) or suggest custom-built alternatives. • Contribute to the setup and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, development tools, and testing strategies. • Write clean, maintainable code using Python (Django) and Vue.js, with Node.js used only for frontend build processes. • Apply best practices in AI-assisted code generation and RPA integration. • Collaborate closely with the founding team on technical decisions and roadmap planning. • Help lay the foundation for future machine learning integrations and product scalability.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer building secure, scalable web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js; React experience is a plus if open to working with Vue).
  • Hands-on experience with Python and Django on the backend.
  • Experience designing relational database schemas with PostgreSQL or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS services like CloudFront, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL or similar) and ECS.
  • Comfortable working with Cloudflare for performance and security enhancements.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
  • Experience working on enterprise software, vendor portals, or workflow-based systems.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with a continuous learning attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in environments where you build from scratch, contribute to architecture, and iterate fast.
  • Experience using Claude and creating prompts is strategic to our development, not only as a tool but as a foundational part of our product.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams.

Benefits

  • Flexible work arrangements
