Instrumentation Sales Engineer

• Responsible for the commercial management and development of the Instrumentation portfolio with the aim of meeting or exceeding order intake and incoming margin targets for a geographic territory, in compliance with group policies. • Promote and sell the group's products and solutions to local customers. • Achieve or exceed order intake and margin objectives set by the Sales Director. • Define and implement the regional action plan. • Maintain an active customer presence, meeting a required number of visits. • Convey the company's brand image and values to customers. • Prospect and identify new clients and business opportunities. • Collect and internally share strategic and economic information (projects, investments, etc.). • Gather competitive intelligence (pricing, new products, etc.). • Proactively propose ideas and initiatives. • Use the CRM. • Follow the guidelines and strategy established by the Sales Director (targeting, prospects/clients, key accounts, coordinated actions). • Ensure customer satisfaction, conduct surveys and share results with relevant stakeholders (QHSE, Sales Director). • Energize and support sales channels (distributors, agents/resellers, OEMs). • Ensure synergy with other Sales Engineers and other company departments (Services, Systems). • Resolve commercial disputes with customers and assist with payment collections. • Participate in marketing activities (trade shows, commercial events, etc.). • Monitor own technical competency and request training as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2/3 or equivalent (e.g., BTS CIRA or Electrotechnics, DUT in Physical Measurements, DUT GEII, or Engineering degree)
  • Minimum 5 years in a commercial/sales role within industry (instrumentation solutions)
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • English (read, written, spoken)
  • Microsoft Office 365
