Data Solutions Analyst

• Onboard new customers by connecting data sources and building initial data models • Stand-up dashboards and reporting frameworks • Ensure customers are successfully using and trusting the platform • Write and maintain clean SQL models within the platform’s data layer (similar to dbt) • Maintain standardized documentation for data models and reporting structures • Build dashboards and reports that customers actively use • Ensure reporting accuracy and clarity to support decision-making • Respond to customer questions via Slack and calls • Troubleshoot issues, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data-related concerns • Clarify metric definitions and gather missing requirements when needed • Surface recurring issues, limitations, and opportunities to the product and engineering teams • Contribute insights that shape roadmap priorities and future platform capabilities

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data roles, or technical customer-facing positions
  • Experience working in early-stage or fast-evolving product environments (preferred)
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to write and debug queries independently
  • Ability to build data models and dashboards
  • Comfort working directly with customers in Slack and live calls
  • Strong organizational skills and persistence in gathering requirements and clarifying vague requests
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in AI-native products and how AI transforms data interaction
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in evolving product environments
