Business Development Representative

stp.one | Simplify Legal Work

• Proactive identification of new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as email, phone calls and social selling, and converting the pipeline — your pitch excites and generates interest in our solution • Ongoing optimization of your outbound strategies to professionally engage potential customers while keeping their needs in focus • Lead qualification from campaigns and development of these into sales opportunities for our Field Sales team • Development and regular refinement of your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one • Collaboration with decision-makers at the highest level in our target market (e.g., lawyers) • Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system • Cross-departmental collaboration across the entire Go-To-Market team and optimization of processes from acquisition through list building, outreach to lead handling and qualification • Through your close cooperation with our Field Sales team you will gain experience and continuously develop your skill set to shape your career in sales!

Job Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy environment (start-up, consulting, banking, services or similar)
  • Initial experience in a sales and/or business development role or similar
  • Experience with direct customer contact (ideally with executives or C-level), if possible
  • Degree or vocational training in a business- or technology-related field or comparable background
  • Advantageous: prior experience in the legal market
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Initiative, assertiveness, team player and quick learner
  • Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
