• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web features for Lucid's US and EU market websites • Build and integrate React-based front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. • Implement and manage content delivery pipelines using Contentful CMS, including content modeling, API integrations, and localized content management for multiple regional markets • Develop and optimize server-side rendered (SSR) pages using Next.js to ensure fast load times, strong SEO performance, and scalable architecture • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design specs into polished, production-ready web experiences • Support multi-region content strategies, including multi-language and multi-locale configurations within Contentful • Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, and cross-browser compatibility • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner • Document technical implementations, component libraries, and integration workflows

• Drive new logos and measure via leading indicators like AIQLs and Salesforce Opportunities • Identify opportunities to increase sales pipeline by scaling or automating GTM across areas like lead generation, content marketing, SEO • Own the architecture of our signal-based GTM engine • Design, build, and manage agents and workflows • Use AI agents to identify signals that increase win rates and the number of new logo opportunities • Build AI & automation to increase efficiency or scale of marketing and sales
