Mid-level Test and Quality Analyst

• The Mid-level Test and Quality Analyst works to ensure the delivery of high-quality software by planning, implementing, and automating tests to guarantee product quality. • Plan, define, implement, and identify tests (for example: regression, functional, data validation, system integration, exploratory, load or performance) for new and/or existing features. • Monitor the testing process and results in each cycle and assess overall quality. Ensure the quality of produced components by verifying test evidence and applying specialized software testing techniques. • Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective actions. • Create test plans and test cases, and prepare test scripts/scenarios. • Execute manual and automated tests, as well as record test results and the analysis of those results. • Work closely with the development team to design test strategies and integrate testing into the development process. • Support user acceptance testing conducted by the product owner and/or end users.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing web application testing using Java technologies.
- Knowledge of software quality techniques and processes (BDD, TDD, unit testing, integration testing, etc.).
- Experience with the following technologies and processes:
- Programming languages: Java, JavaScript.
- Test automation tools: Cucumber, Selenium, or similar.
- REST APIs.
- Relational database modeling.
- Completed degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology fields.

Role Description The primary function of this position is to handle day-to-day credit-related processes and activities, including data processing, due date monitoring, documentation, and transaction closing. Role Objectives - Transaction Support - Supports transaction closing activities. Scheduled Hours 12 Position Summary The ARS will be an integral part of the Admissions process for the MD and MD/PhD programs at WashU Medicine. ARS ensure that every application we receive undergoes initial review according to our program’s guidelines.
