We are looking for a Business Development Director to lead our commercial growth, focusing on Hong Kong and Greater Asia. Objectives You will develop new and existing relationships with global, regional and local insurers and corporate clients, leveraging our portfolio of digital health solutions to help them generate customer engagement, increase product differentiation and improve claims ratios. You will: - Demonstrate the value of our services to insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and ecosystem partners (e.g., digital health, insurtech, and health and wellness providers); - Advise and consult on the right mix of interfaces, services and deliverables to maximise value and impact; - Negotiate mutually favourable commercial relationships and partnerships. Tasks - Lead business-development and partnership initiatives in Hong Kong, with potential regional coverage across Asia. - Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and digital health / insurtech partners. - Drive end-to-end deal cycles — from prospecting, commercial modelling, and negotiation to contracting and execution. - Develop annual growth plans and KPIs aligned with company objectives, covering revenue, partnership expansion, and activation metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology) to ensure smooth delivery and long-term partner satisfaction. - Stay ahead of market, competitive, and regulatory trends in the Hong Kong and regional insurance landscape, providing insights to inform business strategy. - Represent the company at industry events, forums, and partner meetings, enhancing brand visibility in the insurance and digital-health ecosystem.
