Senior Salesforce Developer
TOPMIND
• Lead solutions that directly impact our clients' operations and experience • Design and develop solutions on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) • Implement Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows and integrations • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Ensure code quality, testing and performance • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting code reviews and mentoring • Participate in agile ceremonies and architectural decisions • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and Salesforce standards
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer (senior level)
- Proficient in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC/Lightning Components
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in complex projects
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or similar)
- Knowledge of best practices, unit testing and version control (Git)
- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and with a results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Portuguese and available to work under CLT (Brazilian employment contract), remote
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.) — a plus
