Controller Financiero

• Verificar la correcta contabilización conforme a los requerimientos de la legislación contable y tributaria chilena (incluyendo normas del SII, remuneraciones y reportes obligatorios). • Preparar la transformación desde la contabilidad local a IFRS: elaboración de ajustes, conciliación de cuentas, preparación de notas y participación en el cierre contable. • Elaborar y mantener la información de reportes gerenciales: Estado de Resultados, Flujo de Caja y Balance. • Presupuestación de gastos: recopilación de solicitudes, elaboración del presupuesto y control de ejecución. • Análisis de desviaciones plan–real: preparación de informes, identificación de causas y recomendaciones. • Planificación de pagos: elaboración del calendario de pagos, control de liquidez e interacción con los bancos. • Coordinación con contadores locales, auditores y asesores tributarios. • Apoyo al equipo directivo en temas de análisis financiero y toma de decisiones.
Job Requirements
- Educación Formación universitaria en contabilidad, finanzas, economía o administración.
- Se valora formación o certificaciones adicionales en IFRS, contabilidad gerencial o análisis financiero.
- Experiencia 3–5 años de experiencia en finanzas, control de gestión o contabilidad.
- Experiencia comprobable con la legislación contable y tributaria chilena.
- Experiencia en conversión de estados financieros a IFRS es un plus importante.
- Experiencia en elaboración de presupuestos, análisis plan–real y modelos financieros es una ventaja.
- Manejo sólido de software contable o ERP local (ej.: Softland, Defontana) — deseable.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, modelamiento).
- Comprensión de principios IFRS.
- Capacidad de estructurar y analizar información financiera.
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y construir procesos desde cero.
- Alta atención al detalle y calidad en la ejecución.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Habilidades de comunicación y manejo de múltiples stakeholders.
- Adaptabilidad a un entorno dinámico de una empresa pequeña.
- Idiomas Español — obligatorio (nivel suficiente para relacionarse con contabilidad local y organismos públicos).
- Inglés, Portugués o ruso — deseable.
