Data Analyst – Retail Billing

• Ensure overnight bill runs are accurately completed, with invoices analyzed and distributed, and any exceptions identified and resolved in line with the Billing Operational Plan. • Ensure customer enquiries are resolved promptly with effective solutions that balance the needs of both the retailer and the customer, while meeting all defined service level requirements. • Ensure all Meter Data processes are correctly followed, and any data anomalies are identified and resolved in accordance with retailer service definitions and relevant market standards. • Ensure both payment and market transfer processes are managed effectively and in compliance with the retailer’s service definitions and operational standards. • Manage Life Support and market compliance processes in accordance with the latest market compliance guidelines. • Make sure network invoices are examined and processed in line with the approved procedures. • Make sure process documents and process mapping documents are created, reviewed, and updated to reflect the current processes. • Coordinating with both internal and external teams, supporting business outcomes, and serving as a subject matter expert to offer guidance on system enhancements, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing tariffs. • Prepare daily reports on client portfolio billing data, ensuring accuracy and visibility of key billing metrics. • Implement proactive data solutions to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency. • Support settlement reconciliation activities to ensure reconciliation targets are achieved. • Identify and resolve billing and settlement discrepancies to reduce revenue loss and maximise dispute resolutions. • Ensure settlement environmental management activities comply with relevant market standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree/ HND in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven analysis experience in a similar role

This role supports both day-to-day operational decisions and long-term strategic initiatives, including staffing models, productivity optimization, quality improvement, AI performance monitoring, and payer related escalations.
