• Als Social Media Manager – Paid Ads übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Performance unserer Kundenkampagnen • Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, unserem Creative-Team und dem Performance-Team zusammen, um Kampagnen zu entwickeln, zu testen und zu skalieren • Du bist nicht nur operativ stark – sondern verstehst auch Strategie, Daten und Wachstum • Strategische Betreuung unserer Kunden im Performance Marketing • Onboarding neuer Kunden im Paid-Ads-Bereich und Entwicklung einer skalierbaren Kampagnenstrategie • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid-Social-Kampagnen auf Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok und Pinterest • Entwicklung und Testing von Ad-Creatives gemeinsam mit unserem Inhouse-Design-Team • Durchführung von Zielgruppen-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen • Analyse von KPIs, Tracking und Attribution , um Kampagnen datenbasiert zu optimieren • Erstellung von Reportings, Analysen und Präsentationen für unsere Kunden • Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden zu Wachstum, Skalierung und Kampagnenstruktur • Mentoring und Unterstützung von Trainees im Paid-Ads-Bereich
Job Requirements
- Du passt zu uns, wenn … du mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Paid Social / Performance Marketing hast
