Role Description Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for a self-starting Social Media Specialist to advocate for our client’s business through lead generation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, an insatiable appetite for growth, and excellent conversational skills in English. - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in partnership with the Client and the leadership team. - Plan and execute successful events including, but not limited to, trade shows, conferences, open houses, customer loyalty and recognition events, speaking engagements, etc. - Develop and improve marketing collaterals whether for printing or social online networking. This includes designing graphics and editing videos. - Manage the Client’s online presence including social media platforms and business websites. - Leverage marketing analytics to provide insights for reaching new customers. - Oversee and manage other marketing related activities. Qualifications - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field. - 2 years or more of marketing experience. - Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other editing tools. - Experience in creating marketing content either through graphic design or video production. - Creative, collaborative, and results oriented. - Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload. - A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.
