• Ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of company’s fintech and blockchain-based products • Implement structured testing processes, identifying defects, and supporting continuous product improvement • Test planning and test case development • Manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications • Bug tracking and quality documentation • Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams • Continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes • Monitoring and validation of fixes and releases

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in QA testing (fintech or technology sector preferred)
  • Experience in manual testing of web applications; mobile testing experience is an advantage
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management
  • Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira or similar tools)
  • Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar tools)
  • Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, authentication
  • Automated testing tools savvy and cases experience
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Fluent Russian and English (written and verbal)
