Role Description Quand vos gestes mènent au succès : - Répondre aux demandes des clients (internes/ventes et externes/compte maison). - Bien comprendre les requis et enjeux des clients avec précision. - Bonne connaissance des matériaux d'imprimeries et de leurs spécifications. - Valider auprès du département des achats les délais et les prix des matières premières et/ou de la sous-traitance. - Élaborer les soumissions, comprendre les montages, les impositions et les bons de productions. - Aptitude à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément (comptes maison, comptes standard et comptes majeurs). - Gérer des projets de diverses envergures avec ou sans installations (installation complexe, lecture de plan un atout, suivi avec installateurs), de la demande de prix à l'expédition. - Établir de solides relations de confiance avec les clients internes et externes et s’assurer de leur entière satisfaction. - Remplacer facilement le représentant ou le directeur de comptes. - Être en mesure de conseiller le client sur ses besoins, ainsi que sur les choix et options requis. - Faire le survol des fichiers client et s'assurer que ceux-ci sont conformes aux normes graphiques de l'entreprise. - Lors de projet complexe, valider les visuels des clients avec les autres départements concernés. - S'assurer que l'inventaire est adéquat pour produire une commande et procéder aux commandes de matériel auprès des achats le cas échéant. - Faire le suivi des dossiers en productions, lors des rencontres quotidiennes et s'assurer du respect des délais de livraison. - Assurer le suivi des projets et de leurs échéanciers avec le client et les différents intervenants. - Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. Qualifications - Posséder 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion de projets et/ou d'estimation ; ou Posséder un diplôme pertinent en administration, ventes ou marketing, ou l’équivalent. - Bilinguisme (français/anglais) tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. - Être dynamique, structuré et axé sur le service à la clientèle. - Bonne maîtrise d’un système ERP (gestion des opérations). - Bonne connaissance de la suite Office - Excel intermédiaire/avancé un atout. - Aptitudes à gérer des priorités. - Faire preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et de débrouillardise. - Expérience en imprimerie un atout.
