Affiliate Manager

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates (KOLs, creators, communities) • Build a strong pipeline across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and university networks • Develop tailored partnership strategies for different affiliate tiers • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance across: - New verified users (NVU) - First-time depositors (FTD) - Trading volume • Analyze data to improve conversion, retention, and ROI • Continuously refine commission structures and incentive models • Integrate affiliates into key marketing campaigns (e.g., Token Reward campaigns, product launches) • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and timing • Brief affiliates on campaign mechanics and expected outcomes • Build strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates • Provide regular updates, insights, and performance feedback • Act as the main point of contact for affiliate partners • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with Thai regulatory requirements • Review and monitor affiliate content to prevent misleading or non-compliant messaging • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate risks • Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics • Identify growth opportunities and potential risks • Provide strategic recommendations to improve affiliate channel performance
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership roles
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms is highly preferred
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through affiliates
- Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, dashboards, ROI tracking)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of Thai digital landscape and creator ecosystem
- Performance-driven and results-oriented
- Entrepreneurial — able to build and scale from scratch
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Nice to Have: Existing network of Thai KOLs / affiliates, Experience in regulated industries, Familiarity with crypto trading behavior and user lifecycle
