Job Description
Client Acquisition Specialist
PJY Group
Role Description Client acquisition specialist - Execute high-volume daily client deliverables across multiple digital platforms, ensuring each assigned account hits its daily acquisition targets. - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, each with unique profiles, specifications, and delivery requirements. - Navigate client-specific digital profiles and platform accounts to ensure accurate, high-quality submissions. - Meet a strict daily submission cutoff with zero exceptions. Deadlines are not suggestions. - Log every completed deliverable with full details in the tracking system in real time throughout the day. - Monitor and respond to all inbound client and partner communications within established SLA windows. - Flag time-sensitive opportunities to clients promptly and ensure no high-priority items are missed. - Maintain accuracy across all active client records, profiles, and account specifications. - Customize client-facing materials based on opportunity requirements for premium-tier accounts. - Communicate proactively with your team lead about any blockers, delays, or capacity issues before they become problems. - Participate in regular quality audits and resolve any flagged items within the designated turnaround time. Qualifications - You are digitally fluent and can navigate multiple platforms, browser tabs, and tools simultaneously without getting confused. - You have experience with data entry, form filling, or high-volume repetitive digital tasks. - You are detail-obsessed. A wrong name, wrong resume, or wrong email on an application is unacceptable to you. - You thrive under targets and deadlines, not despite them. - You communicate proactively. You escalate before problems become crises, not after. - You are comfortable with structured performance measurement, regular quality audits, and direct feedback. - You are looking for consistent, reliable employment and are ready to commit for a minimum of 6 months. - You are technology-forward and open to using AI tools to increase productivity.
