We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO and Client Services team. This role is responsible for the tactical execution of a portfolio of concurrent Workday deployment projects, with an emphasis on driving Change Management and user adoption. You will act as the primary bridge between technical configuration and the client’s business readiness, ensuring that the system isn’t just "live," but fully embraced by the workforce. Project Execution & Delivery - Portfolio Management: Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent Workday projects (Net-new, Launch, and Optimization). - Execution & Outcomes: Successfully drive end-to-end deployment projects, maintaining strict adherence to scope, budget, and project milestones. - Risk Management: Proactively identify project-level risks and provide actionable solutions to keep delivery on track.
