Senior Technical Business Analyst

• Act as a change agent and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your assigned applications. • Dig into every requested change to determine the most efficient technical resolution. • Write functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate directly with Solution Architects, Application Architects, and development teams. • Actively support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and provide ongoing clarification. • Partner closely with QA to guarantee that every requirement is highly testable and validated. • Conduct system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Identify risks and downstream impacts related to system changes and integrations.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or highly related technical roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Strong, practical experience dealing with complex distributed systems and intricate technical integrations.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring other analysts.

Requirements - This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics or other related discipline. - Experience in lieu of education may be considered if the individual has nine (9) or more years of equivalent technical training or work/military experience. Physical & Mental Qualifications - Must be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods of time. - Must consistently work and type on a computer for prolonged periods of time. - Must be able to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand. - Must be able to lift/carry at least 15 lbs. - May be required to move about inside an office to access file cabinets, office supplies, etc. Security Clearance - Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials. Travel - Some travel may be required.
