• Manage cloud computing costs on AWS, ensuring financial visibility and control; • Analyze and explain financial variances in AWS accounts, identifying root causes and impacts; • Promote FinOps culture across the organization, supporting both technical and finance teams; • Design, create and produce ad hoc and scheduled reports related to budgets, billing and consumption; • Identify, prioritize and support the implementation of cost optimization opportunities; • Review and analyze alerts from AWS Cost Anomaly Detection and AWS Budgets, proposing corrective actions; • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams, acting as a bridge between technology and the business; • Execute configuration and financial governance routines in AWS accounts; • Participate in and lead client meetings to present analyses and recommendations; • Monitor and analyze KPIs for cost, efficiency and FinOps maturity; • Manage requests and tasks related to cost and optimization initiatives; • Support and mentor Junior Analysts in technical and analytical activities; • Create, maintain and evolve FinOps technical and operational documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology;
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS;
- Experience with AWS services such as IAM, Organizations, Control Tower, Billing and CloudTrail;
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word;
- Understanding of AWS financial principles;
- Familiarity with AWS cost management tools;
- Familiarity with commercial FinOps tools;
- Experience with a data analysis tool (Power BI);
- Experience with workload reservations and Savings Plans operations with providers;
- Data manipulation skills (SQL);
- Automation and scripting skills;
- Strong analytical capability;
- Active communication skills;
- Ability to present technical and financial insights clearly and concisely;
- Ability to adapt quickly to routine changes;

Summary The Drug Rebate Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Drug Rebate operations in support of Medicaid and pharmacy programs. Your role in our mission - Lead and support Drug Rebate operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispute resolution across Medicaid and pharmacy programs - Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex rebate, claims, and compliance issues - Monitor workflows, prioritize high-materiality disputes, and track productivity and quality metrics - Collaborate with manufacturers, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve program goals - Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing for team members and new hires - Update, maintain and build drug rebate policy and procedure documents. What we're looking for - 5–10 years of experience in Drug Rebates, Medicaid, pharmacy claims processing, or medical billing - Strong understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance standards - Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a regulated environment - Experience leading, mentoring, or serving as a subject matter expert for team members - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools, including PDF editing and scanning - Extensive experience in managing the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program with expertise in executing all phases of the quarterly rebate cycle including invoicing, disputes resolution and payment processing. Title: Operations Coordinator - CTO Support Location: Chicago United States Job Description: Description This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with a mix of work spent in office (3) and working remote from home (2). The Operations Coordinator will provide broad organizational and administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organization, with a primary focus on manager support, onsite operations, and team logistics. This role is critical to ensure the team's work environment, processes, and events run smoothly, including ownership of catering for meetings, new-hire onboarding logistics, seating coordination, and team event support. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions such as HR, Facilities, IT, and Finance.
