• Coordinate production processes in close collaboration with the warehouse • Plan and organize shipping — especially ensuring timely delivery to e‑commerce partners and end customers • Manage and maintain SKUs and product master data • Monitor and actively reduce overstock/excess inventory • Create and track shipping notifications (advance shipping notices) • Schedule and control production orders • Identify and analyze errors in order and production processes and implement corrective/improvement measures • Continuously optimize warehouse, shipping, and production processes • Communicate with the warehouse team and external partners and service providers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, production coordination, or a related field
- Solid understanding of SKU structures, inventory management, and shipping processes — these terms are familiar to you
- Structured, self‑directed work style — you maintain oversight even when working from home
- Strong communication skills and reliability in dealings with warehouse staff and partners
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Business‑fluent German and good English skills
- Experience in an e‑commerce environment (fulfillment, platform logistics, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory optimization
- Experience with shipping notifications/advance shipping notices and working with logistics service providers
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Shopify, or similar systems

Position Purpose: This role will address shipping exceptions and coordinate deliveries in a timely manner to members for packages that are in distress. Customer service skills, organizational skills, communication skills. License/Certification: Pharmacy technician license required if required by state.
