What you will be doing: As a Manual QA Tester at Creyos, you will: - Assist with QA processes, evaluate testing tools and methodologies, implement technologies that align with our strategic objectives, and drive continuous improvements. - Establish and implement QA best practices while continuously improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of development and QA processes. - Work with our Science and Product teams to refine features, write test cases, and contribute to requirements. - Design, develop and execute regression tests together with exploratory testing of the new features. - Provide feedback and guidance, while working directly with developers to test the features throughout the development lifecycle. • Asegurar la calidad integral de productos digitales (apps Android/iOS, aplicaciones web y servicios web/APIs) mediante pruebas funcionales, regresión, humo (smoke) y automatizadas, garantizando estabilidad, correcto desempeño y experiencia consistente en diferentes dispositivos, navegadores y entornos. • Implementar y mantener suites de automatización (Appium y herramientas web), habilitar controles de calidad en CI/CD e incorporar prácticas de calidad de código (p. ej. SonarQube) para reducir defectos y acelerar el delivery. • Analizar historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación; definir estrategia de pruebas por feature/release. • Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar casos de prueba (funcionales, regresión y smoke) para Android, iOS, Web y APIs. • Ejecutar pruebas en dispositivos reales y emuladores/simuladores; documentar evidencias y resultados. • Reportar defectos con trazabilidad (pasos, logs, capturas, severidad/prioridad) y dar seguimiento hasta cierre. • Construir y mantener automatización mobile con Appium y automatización web (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright - según stack). • Implementar y ejecutar suites de smoke/regresión automatizadas en CI/CD (PR, nightly, pre-release) con reportes. • Validar servicios web/APIs con Postman/Newman y/o frameworks; asegurar códigos, payloads, errores y contratos. • Apoyar control de calidad de código: monitorear SonarQube/quality gates y coordinar remediación con desarrollo. • Gestionar datos y ambientes de prueba; proponer mejoras de testabilidad (mocks, flags, endpoints, logs). • Generar métricas de calidad (pass rate, defect leakage, severidad, flakiness) y planes de mejora continua. • Estandarizar patrones en Figma: extraer patrones, componentizar, definir reglas y dos/don’ts. • Asegurar uso responsable de IA (privacidad, PII, sesgos) y trazabilidad de decisiones.
