QA Test Analyst

• Plan, define and implement software testing strategies to ensure the quality of deliveries; • Execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration, exploratory, data validation, load and performance); • Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and automation scripts; • Identify, log and track defects and non-conformities in software architecture and modeling; • Monitor the testing process and analyze results in each development cycle; • Ensure the quality of produced components by validating test evidence; • Document test results and recommend corrective actions to improve the product; • Support the definition of acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing (UAT); • Work closely with the development team to define testing strategies; • Integrate testing into the software development lifecycle (SDLC); • Support continuous improvement of quality and testing processes; • Ensure test traceability and record results in appropriate tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in IT OR six certifications in the area of expertise or in agile methodologies;
- Proven experience in activities related to software quality and testing;
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases and test scripts;
- Experience in executing manual and automated tests;
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, exploratory, load and performance testing;
- Experience in analyzing and recording defects and non-conformities;
- Experience with test documentation and evidence;
- Experience in defining test strategies together with the development team;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools;
- Analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking.
