• Technical review and approval of architectural documents • Preparation of residential floor area calculations using ArchiCAD based on existing floor plans • Signing and stamping documents within the scope of building submission authorization (Bauvorlageberechtigung) • Quality assurance of floor plans, residential area calculations, and building documentation • Supporting the team on architectural matters • Ensuring verifiable and standards-compliant documentation • Occasional coordination with clients on technical inquiries • Contributing to the development of our internal quality standards
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture
- Registered membership in a Chamber of Architects
- Authorization for building submissions (Bauvorlageberechtigung) and own architect's stamp
- Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form
- Experience in preparing residential floor area calculations (e.g., according to WoFlV or DIN 277)
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Structured, precise, and responsible working style
- Confident handling of digital plan documents
- Experience in reviewing and documenting building documentation

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Tenet’s AD infrastructure as well as operations. This role is a critical role for IT and IAM strategy which will help build AD strategy, optimize AD operations by streamlining it to deliver the best user experience. As an AD Architect you will be the leader overseeing AD solutions, building roadmaps and vision to address any AD gaps as well as align AD architecture to address the business risks.
